• understand others, know the styles of behaviors of others, understand how they take in information and along what lines do they "see" things?
• adapt and understand how others are wired, to connect, inspire, earn trust and communicate.
• act ethically, take social responsibility and encourage others to do the same: improving teammate participation so group effort is recognized and applauded.
