Once you have invested in your EPIC Sub Account, you may load your EPIC Sub Account with EPIC Credits, purchased through Wings of Success, LLC, and start sharing the DiSC Theory based Individual and Group reports, as well as all of the researched and validated reports by Inscape Publishing. See a list of all reports, here.

We can work with your DiSC Project Manager/EPIC Sub Account Manager to provide you with these reports.    

We are excited to unveil the new book, The 8 Dimensions of Leadership, by Inscape’s Jeffrey Sugerman, Mark Scullard, and Emma Wilhelm.

The 8 Dimensions of Leadership book was written to introduce clients to the Everything DiSC® model. The book can also be used to complement a current client’s Everything DiSC experience.

Have you ever struggled with coaching a person through their Everything DiSC Profile when their dot is close to the center of the circle? Or when you’re trying to explain to someone who had an Appraiser DiSC® Classical pattern about why their Everything DiSC dot is only in the “i” quadrant?

The Everything DiSC Supplement for Facilitators is a one-page report that provides you with more detailed data about a respondent’s

    DiSC style and dot placement
    scores for all eight DiSC scales D, Di/iD, i, iS/Si, S, SC/CS, C, CD/DC, giving you more information to help them understand their style
    assessment items they rated highly that aren’t typical for someone with their style, to help uncover the nuances of their style.

You won’t need to use this report for everyone. Most likely, you’ll use it with people whose dots are closer to the center of the circle, or DiSC Classic users who had one of those trickier patterns mentioned above. (It’s not intended for you to give to respondents with their profile. Remember part of the beauty of DiSC is its simplicity. Adding this information to what they get in their profile definitely makes it more complicated and should be facilitated.)

When your DiSC Project Manager/EPIC Sub Account Manager creates an Everything DiSC Work of Leaders™, Workplace, Management, or Sales Profile, they’ll have the option to generate an Everything DiSC Supplement for Facilitators. Ask your DiSC Project Manager/EPIC Sub Account Manager to just select the radio button next to the Supplement, and you’ll get a free Supplement with the respondent’s profile!

EVERYTHING DiSC® GROUP REPORTS AVAILABLE NOW (with Free Map Poster)
Everything DiSC® group reports have been released, and are available to you by your DiSC Project Manager. These group reports can be created using data from any Everything DiSC report.
 
The Everything DiSC Facilitator Report includes the names and styles of each participant. The Facilitator Report is designed for facilitators to use when preparing for a session. The Everything DiSC Group Culture Report does not include participant names. The Group Culture Report is designed to be used with a group to discuss the overall DiSC® culture of the group.
 
Your DiSC Project Manager/EPIC Sub Account Manager may create sample reports to send to your clients. They go (within the EPIC Sub Account) to Personal Options>>Create Sample Reports, and select Everything DiSC from the Product Family dropdown menu. They’ll see options to create sample Everything DiSC Facilitator Reports and Everything DiSC Group Culture Reports.

As a Facilitator: Your clients can now receive free, unlimited Everything DiSC Sales Customer Interaction Maps with the purchase of an individual Everything DiSC Sales report.
 Your respondent completes their assessment, then uses the Everything DiSC Sales Customer Interaction Map to consider how best to interact with a client to meet their needs.
We’ve simplified the process for accessing Everything DiSC Sales Customer Interaction Maps. Now, your DiSC Project Manager/EPIC Sub Account Manager has two options for giving participants access to Customer Interaction Maps. They can either add map access when they’re assigning an access code, or they can add map access after sending an access code by using the Edit Existing Reports function. Once they’ve activated this follow-up feature, the participant will have unlimited, free Customer Interaction Maps whenever they need them.

Here’s how it works. When the DiSC Project Manager/EPIC Sub Account Manager chooses the Assign Access Code step for an Everything DiSC Sales profile, they’ll be able to choose whether they’d like to include Follow-Up Activities – thet’ll see an option to include Everything DiSC Sales Customer Interaction Maps. When the feature is active, the assign access code email tells the participant that they have access to a follow-up site after completing the Everything DiSC Sales Profile. The participant can access the Customer Interaction Maps as soon as their profile is complete, or they can return to their original assign access code email, click the link, and seamlessly access unlimited Customer Interaction Maps.

The contents of the profiles and the facilitation materials HAVE NOT changed at all. It’s the same great content with a fresh look. If you own an Everything DiSC facilitation kit and want to update your facilitation materials to match the new branding, we have an update available to make the transition easier. This update requires you to register your product. Your Everything DiSC serial number can be found on the back of the User Guide included in the box with your product.

EPIC Sites Receive Data Privacy Certification

The EPIC Administrator site (https://admin.inscape-epic.com) and EPIC Respondent site (www.inscape-epic.com) have received data privacy certification from the TRUSTe® Privacy Program. Companies that display the TRUSTe seal on their Web site’s privacy policy comply with the highest standards for protecting personal information.

As a licensee of TRUSTe, Inscape abides by the EU Safe Harbor Framework as outlined by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Union. The EU Safe Harbor Seal displayed on the bottom of each page of the EPIC site ensures that companies doing business with European citizens comply with the Safe Harbor Program, a framework created by U.S. and European parties to avoid trade disruptions resulting from international privacy laws.

TRUSTe monitors compliance throughout the year through Watchdog Dispute Resolution, Scanning & Monitoring, and Quality Assurance.

Watchdog Dispute Resolution
The online Watchdog mechanism allows TRUSTe compliance analysts to mediate privacy-related disputes between consumers and Inscape Publishing. Should consumers have a privacy-related concern, they are encouraged to contact Inscape directly. In the event that Inscape is unable to resolve conflicts with consumers, they can register the complaint online with TRUSTe. If this happens, one of the TRUSTe compliance analysts will contact the consumer and provide detailed instructions of next steps.

Scanning & Monitoring
TRUSTe uses a combination of technology and manual inspection to scan licensed sites for breaches of their privacy policies as well as TRUSTe program requirements. During these scans, compliance analysts look for compliance breaches such as encryption measures on sensitive pages and undisclosed ―cookies or single-pixel tracking devices. The compliance analysts will inform Inscape immediately and help them to correct mistakes to minimize the impact on consumers.

Quality Assurance
Finally, to ensure and protect our licensees’ investment in our services, TRUSTe vigorously enforces its trademark. To ensure that substandard organizations do not pirate the TRUSTe seals, compliance analysts keep a close watch on all displays of logos and seals for proper implementation and—in the case of deactivated licensees—prompt removal of the seals.
